Important Note: Columbus Direct do not issue a travel alert for every event with the potential to affect travel insurance cover. For advice on an event not listed below please contact our customer care team on 1300 669 999. When travelling to areas where no alert has been issued, the following will still apply:
There is no cover for any circumstance which could reasonably have been foreseen as likely to give rise to a claim at the time the insurance was purchased, or your trip was booked.
There is no cover for travel to a destination marked “Do Not Travel” by the Australian Government.
